If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and you must include all contents of the original package. For returns that are being sent from an address within the United States, we will provide you with a free shipping label after reviewing and approving the return request. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and then notify you on the status of your refund. If your returned item(s) meet the conditions stated above, we will refund your credit card or original method of payment, minus the original shipping costs. The date in which you receive the credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
For returns that are being sent from an address outside of the United States, you must choose and pay for your own return shipping. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and then notify you on the status of your refund. If your returned item(s) meet the conditions stated above, we will refund your credit card or original method of payment, including the original shipping costs. The date in which you receive the credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
At our discretion, we reserve the right to deny the issuance of a credit or refund for any of our products that are believed to be abused or damaged due to improper use of the item. Any such items returned to us will be returned to the customer without processing or further obligation from us.
